Do you repair Tesla vehicles in Brooklyn?

Why do Tesla repairs require special training?

Teslas are built with bonded aluminum, high-strength steel, and mixed-material construction. Do you calibrate Autopilot after a collision repair?

Yes. After any bumper, windshield, fender, or suspension work on a Tesla, we perform the full ADAS calibration Tesla specifies — cameras, radar, and ultrasonic sensors — so Autopilot, lane-keeping, and collision avoidance operate correctly.

Do you use OEM Tesla parts?

Yes. Structural and safety parts are OEM Tesla only. We do not substitute aftermarket panels, bumpers with embedded sensors, or glass on Tesla repairs.

Are you a Tesla Certified Collision Center?

No. Frontline Automotive is an independent Brooklyn body shop with no Tesla certification, authorization, approval or partnership. What we do is repair Tesla vehicles — collision and body damage, bumpers and panels, paint refinishing, structural work and ADAS calibration — following the published repair procedures for the model in front of us. If a repair genuinely requires an authorized facility, we will tell you that instead of taking the job.

Can you repair a Tesla bumper or single body panel?

Yes, and it is the most common Tesla job we see. Scuffed and cracked bumper covers can often be repaired and refinished; covers carrying ultrasonic sensors, radar or damaged mounts are replaced so everything sits at the correct depth. Bolt-on panels such as fenders and doors are repaired or replaced, then blended into the adjacent panels. Sensors disturbed by that work are recalibrated before the car goes back to you.

Can Tesla paint be matched on a repaired panel?

Yes. Pearl White Multi-Coat, Deep Blue Metallic, Solid Black, Midnight Silver and Ultra Red are all matched by reading the car's actual finish with a spectrophotometer rather than trusting the paint code, verified on a spray-out card, then applied in a downdraft booth and blended into the neighbouring panels so no hard edge shows in daylight.

How long does a Tesla collision repair take?

Most Tesla repairs take 2–4 business weeks depending on parts availability from Tesla and the extent of structural or battery-adjacent damage. Cybertruck stainless panels can extend timelines and we will keep you updated at every stage.
