Do you tow accident vehicles?

Yes. Frontline runs its own towing operation (DOT #4518579) and tows collision-damaged and non-drivable vehicles from anywhere in the five boroughs directly to our shop at 1903 Broadway, Brooklyn.

Should I drive my car after an accident?

Not if you see fluid on the ground, hear grinding or scraping, notice the steering pulling hard, the car sitting unevenly, a wheel out of position, or airbags that deployed. Driving on structural damage makes the repair worse and puts you at risk. Call us and we will come get it.

Can my insurance pay for the tow?

Often yes — towing after a covered collision is typically included, and many policies also include roadside coverage. We provide the documentation your insurer needs and can bill through the claim in most cases.

Do I have to use the tow truck that shows up at the scene?

Do you tow to our shop only, or anywhere?

Are you open Saturdays?
